Park District, City of Chicago Dog Park Permits can be purchased at any of our facilities at a cost of $10.00.  Forms will be completed and sent to the city.  Dog Friendly Parks require dogs have a city dog license or applied for, a fecal test and vaccinations to include:  Rabies 1 or 3 year, DHLPP (Distemper), Leptospirosis, Parvo, Par Influenza, and be spayed or neutered unless under 1 year.
